Tom Ford tops the Group 7 table at the end of day 1 after winning all four of his matches (picture Eurosport) |
World
number 7 Ding Junhui has not lived up to his status as the highest ranked
player in the group so far after winning only one of his three games so far and
currently sits in 5th place. Joe Perry and Peter Ebdon will both
have to improve their respective games if they are going to have a chance of
qualifying in the top four come tomorrow afternoon as they sit 6th
and 7th in the table.
Play
continues at 11am tomorrow morning with the all Welsh tie between Dale and Day
whilst on the other table it will be Peter Ebdon v Ding Junhui. Coverage will
be available on liveworldsnooker.tv and on the relevant betting websites.
